❓ Common Questions:

• Classroom Course Bookings → View available dates on your homepage/course page. If you cannot see any available dates, click "View All". You may need to attend a session at a site other than your usual base.

• Pop-ups Blocked When Launching E-learning? → Look in the top right corner of your browser and click the grey box with the red X. Select "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://acorn.whht.nhs.uk", then click Done. Return to Acorn and click "Click to launch manually".

• E-learning Completed but Not Showing as Compliant → Check that you have opened and completed every part of the learning. Some subjects will not show as compliant until both the e-learning and classroom components have been completed.

• Face-to-Face Training Attended but Not Showing as Compliant → Please allow up to 10 working days for records to be updated.

• Mandatory Training Compliance → Check your Acorn homepage for outstanding courses. If you need courses added, removed or reviewed, please contact us details below.

• Training is now targeted according to whether your role requires:
• Tier 1 Webinar (non patient-facing staff), or
• Tier 2 Classroom Training (patient-facing staff).
